* ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS are offered on a quarterly basis, except our Robotics, Bridge Design and Aerospace Technology Course which runs consecutively from September through March. All participants of this program must enroll during August/Sept. Pricing and classes are subject to change without notice based upon enrollment. If classes are cancelled due to low enrollment then full refunds will be provided.
NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED – Payment must be made by Automatic Checking (ACH), Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover on the 1st of each month
for a total of 9 payments. All payment plans are subject to end by May. No payments are scheduled to be withdrawn for the month of June.
ENROLLMENT FEES: The 1st of 9 payments of the year is required during registration by September. Please note that your second payment will be withdrawn during the first day of October, and subsequently thru May.
REGISTRATION FEES: $55 - One-time registration fee per child, NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies towards all services offered except
“Out of School Days”.
DROP IN SERVICE
Registered families needing drop-in care will be charged $40 per day per child. Please call Star Achievers at (202) 465-0514 and or email firstname.lastname@example.org to place your children in care for one day, drop-in care.
Please note that all first time DROP INS will be assessed a $55 registration fee upon the initial visit during the school year.
LATE FEE PICK UP and PAYMENT POLICIES
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and must be paid completely by May
A 2.5% late fee will be assessed after the 5th
There is a 5% discount for each additional sibling's tuition that will be applied during registration
A 2.5% discount is applied to payments for the entire school year (August - June)
Any declined payments due to insufficient funds or chargebacks will be assessed $35.00 per transaction
There is a LATE FEE. You will be charged $1.00 per minute after 6:30pm but we expect this to happen rarely
Note – All "Free and Reduced Lunch" discounts will be applied to your account after the month of October. Any student that fails to remit payment by the 10th of each month may be removed from the program until payment is brought current including any outstanding balances.
