What's the earliest I can drop off for Before Care?
7:30am. Families arriving before 7:30am must wait with their child until doors are opened. No exceptions can be made.
What's the latest I can drop off for Before Care?
8:20am. Families arriving after 8:20 will have to wait until school doors open for everyone at 8:30am. No exceptions can be made.
How do I let SESSA know my child is getting picked up by someone else?
The fastest way is to delegate the change through the Pikmykid app from your child's calendar. The delegate will receive a text that they have been assigned to pick up and they can announce it from their own app when they arrive at Shepherd.
Additionally, you can email eric.viera@sesstarachievers.com with the designated pick up person's full name and telephone number.
What if my pick up person does not have the Pikmykid app?
We completely understand that not everyone may be tech savvy or already has too many pesky apps on their phone.
If your delegated person does not have the app they are still able to pick up as long as they show their ID that matches the delegate on the app.

DCPS Contractor Clearance
Everyone we hire must obtain both DCPS Contractors Clearance and a DCPS ID Badge prior to being onsite for their first day.
You are eligible to begin this process upon recieving a job offer.
