General Registration
June 23rd- August 17th, 2025
Late Registration
August 18th-August 25th, 2025
All registration windows open at 10AM E.S.T.
New & Prospective SES Parents
Your child/children must be FULLY enrolled at Shepherd Elementary School before enrolling in Star Achievers.
Enrollment Steps
Hours of Operation
SESSA is closed on all federal holidays, and DCPS holiday breaks.

Our Before Care program runs from 7:30 am to 8:30 am.

Our Aftercare program runs from 3:15 pm to 6:30 pm.

Our No School Day programs run from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Drop-In Option
Open to all Shepherd families, Drop-In Care provides full-day coverage, including both AM and PM care to those needing short-term childcare. Families already enrolled in AM or PM care can use drop-ins to extend their coverage for a full day.

Add and complete a profile for your student.

Select your preferred program and complete the registration steps.
