Once general registration closes or capacity is reached—whichever occurs first—all subsequent registrations will be placed on a waitlist. Placement on the waitlist is free of charge. Families will be contacted by a SESSA administrator only if a spot becomes available for their child(ren).

SESSA maintains both a soft cap and a hard cap for each group. These limits are enforced to ensure appropriate supervision, space, and program quality.

Soft Cap Policy:
After a group reaches its soft cap, additional students will only be admitted from the waitlist under the following conditions:

• A sibling is already accepted in another grade

• A currently enrolled student withdraws

 

Waitlist Priority Order (highest to lowest):

1. Siblings of enrolled students

2. Currently enrolled families expanding coverage (e.g., adding AM or PM care to an existing schedule)

3. Waitlisted applicants (in order of submission, earliest to latest)

4. All other individual registrations​

 

Hard Cap Policy:
Once the hard cap is reached for a group, no additional students will be admitted under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made.
